Shiro - Belfast

12 Brunswick Street
Belfast, County-Antrim BT2 7GG
United Kingdom

At Shiro, we want to excite our guests, so we’ve prepared a list of drinks that encompass the familiar, as well as the obscure. From our hand cut ice, to the hours spent preparing our in-house cordials and syrups, our approach will always be to provide a fresh, interesting and enjoyable experience. We believe firmly that with mixed drinks, the outcome is only as good as the ingredients, so you won’t find any shortcuts here. If anything appears strange or startling, rest assured, our drinks are tried, tested, and full of flavour, so before ordering your usual drink, be adventurous, and try something a little different. Shiro has taken European cooking styles and blended them with inspiration and flavours from Southern Asia. With a daily offering of bar snacks, small plates, fresh sushi and mains, we aim to create a relaxed, shared dining environment whether it be to compliment your Shiro cocktail or for a more replete experience. After food service on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the lights go down and one of our resident DJ’s will set the mood for the evening. Perfect for enjoying cocktails and late night drinks, the late lounge is an idyllic backdrop for a stylish and unique night.

Mojo - Liverpool

The Stables, Back Berry Street
Liverpool, Merseyside L1 4BG
United Kingdom

I've been asked many times what gave you the idea for MOJO and have always resisted an explanation mainly because it was the result of many things not just one idea alone. Keith Richards once said that he didn't think rock 'n' roll should be analysed or even thought about deeply just in case you lose the indefinable element that makes it so special. I wanted a room that would ripen with age like an old pub. I wanted something different to interest you everywhere you looked which is why MOJO has definable sections like the portrait wall. I wanted it to be clean but dirty at the same time like some long forgotten blues riff. I wanted it to be intimate and the bar never more than a couple of paces away and I wanted the best drinks and of course my music. I really like music - I mean I really like it and I knew there were people out there with similar taste I just hadn't found them yet and it was definitely a case of 'build it and they will come'. Sometimes you don't realise you needed something until it comes along. But MOJO isn't a jukebox it's a bar and unfortunately I am a terrible bartender - truly bad, so thank god I had Mal around to take care of things. He is not only a great bartender but also a genius with drink recipes and knowing precisely what something should taste like and look like. MOJO Opening times Monday – Thursday: 5pm until 3am Friday – Sunday: 5pm until 4am

Oporto - Leeds

Call Lane
Leeds, West-Yorkshire LS1 7BT
United Kingdom

Oporto was founded by myself back in the mists of time. I had one clear aim, to create a bar in Leeds that i wanted to drink and hang-out in, luckily others wanted to do the same, this principle still stands for me and the Oporto team. I hope you enjoy the unique space we have created, I also hope you enjoy the great drinks and crackin’ tunes that make Oporto one hell of a night out!!!!!”" A bar may be made by the people either side of it but it wouldn’t be a bar (or at least one we’d care for) without one thing: booze. At Oporto you’ll find the usual continental lagers, refreshing ciders and hearty bitters on tap, all perfectly kept and cooled, but that’s not what has seen customers flooding back every evening for over 15 years. On our back bar you’ll find a huge range of premium spirits to meet every taste, all served to your personal preference, whether that be straight up, mixed to perfection or poured down your throat from a great height. Come see for yourself or check back for our new cocktail menu coming very soon! Jäger? Cheers!
