In the backstreets of Borough, close to London Bridge, The Miller has a venue upstairs, a rehearsal studio in the basement, and a function room art gallery. We serve superb, authentic pizzas, arancini and cured meat/cheese sharing boards. There's a ping pong table on a roof terrace and DJ's every weekend in the bar. There is also plenty of outside space and a great selection of real ciders and craft beers. On the bar we have a great selection of Real Cider, Perry, and Craft beers. We source our Ciders direct from producers. The Miller is split over two floors. The main entertainment space is in the upstairs venue. The upstairs includes a storage area, bar and stage. No dressing room or towels. We are a great place for a party, with two private rooms which can be reserved. Formed in 1923, Esher Rugby is Surrey's most successful rugby club. The 1st XV currently plays semi-professional rugby in National League 1. The club also supports a further 5 senior competitive and social sides, plus youth rugby for boys and girls, aged 6 to 18. Esher Rugby boasts a growing membership in excess of 1,000, with season ticket sales increasing significantly in recent times. The clubhouse is situated within 23 acres of freehold land and has excellent amenities for players, spectators and corporate guests, with dining facilities for up to 200, whilst the ground contains two seated stands with a combined capacity of 2,500. The club is led by a formidable management team which includes Chairman of Rugby and BBC Sports presenter, John Inverdale and Executive Director and former England international, Simon Halliday. Throughout the club, Esher’s ideals reflect the RFU’s core values of Rugby, Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship. And recent market research has overwhelmingly shown that the club comes across as being warm and friendly, providing good quality rugby for all. Whilst we are ambitious, we also have a strong family ethos, derived from a commitment to youth rugby for all age groups. Furthermore, the club continues to develop strong links with local charities, such as the Shooting Star Chase, which offers family-centred care for children with life threatening or terminal illnesses. Equally as important is the work that the club does within the local community, with coaches working in local schools such as Feltonfleet, St George’s and Esher High and more recently, the club has teamed up with Philips to deliver the Simply Healthy @ Schools project, a corporate social responsibility programme which helps young children better understand the lifestyle choices that they make.

The Brewery Tap opened in 1998 and is located within the transformed old labour exchange in Westgate, Peterborough. The pub houses a multi award winning micro-brewery called Oakham Ales, claiming to make it the largest brewpub in Europe. Inside its spacious open plan layout, you are likely to find up to 12 real ales, a wide range of draught products and bottled conditioned beers, funky wines, cocktails and a large range of non-alcoholic drinks for drivers. The food available is Thai cuisine freshly prepared and cooked by experienced Thai chefs. The layout of the pub enables customers to relax and watch their food being prepared in the kitchen, through a high level window, before being served to their table. The menu consists of A La Carte, Snacks, Set Menus, and a choice of Buffets (build your own) to cater for all parties, no matter the size. Open from 12 noon everyday and running late nights on Fridays and Saturdays the “Tap” has a reputation for attracting various age groups from near and far satisfying various tastes and thirsts. There is a large dance floor downstairs where you can boogie the night away, or you can sit and relax on one of our many brown leather sofas which make it increasingly difficult to want to leave.
