The Pig is The Pig is The Pig, it's a one off. Everyone in Bath old enough to drink knows the Pig and they have probably passed many happy summer evenings drinking with friends in our beer garden. Six hand pulled local real ales and ciders, plus a great range of lagers, wines and spirits make it a place worth finding, but it's the staff and the customers that are the real stars. Despite only being 20 years old The Pig feels like a proper pub, all are welcome, as long as you know how to behave. We work hard at generating an atmosphere that does not attract trouble. Pig and Fiddle, Bath Young and old are treated with respect and welcome to join the large and loyal regular trade, it is a source of great pride that we don't have to have regular door security. The Pig is not a quiet pub by any means, in fact at the weekends it can be a bit of a squeeze, but it is generally a good natured, happy place to be and we intend to keep it that way. Apart from the fabulous heated garden with over 20 large tables the Pig is famous for its Tuesday night live music sessions with Nicole Fermie live rugby and football games on Sky Sports throughout the year. Our conservatory, mezzanine, snug and restaurant all provide separate areas for you to enjoy your lunch, coffee or drink. We have a fantastic large lawned garden and gated patio area perfect for those lazy sunny days. In the evening the Cross Keys transforms into a bar and restaurant. We have a selection of quality wines, real ales and our tasty menu allows you to fill a hole with a selection of snacks as well as a full three courses. In addition to the wide variety of live music on offer at the Cross Keys, we also host a number of other events and can be booked for private parties. Music is at the heart of the Cross Keys with live music at least three nights a week. Our main focus is on jazz, blues, motown, R&B, funk and soul with great bands performing every Thursday and Friday night. We are also lucky to play host to the largest Ukulele group in the area with TWUNTs playing regularly. Encouraging musicians to get up and show us what they’ve got, our Open Mic session takes place the last Wednesday of every month.
