The Guildford Tup is Guildford’s foremost live rugby & sports pub. We pride ourselves on our commitment to televising sport from around the world.

With two Sky Boxes and eight plasma TVs we can show different games at the same time.

If live music in Guildford is more your scene, we also host a range of local acoustic artists and live bands on a regular basis.

Gavin Thomas (Gavin and his guitar) plays live on Saturday nights, when his performances are always request shows. He invites the audience to write their favourite songs in the request book, and those pages then become the set list for that night's gig, ensuring no two nights are ever the same.

Due to the success of The Guildford Tup as the Premiere Sports Pub in Guildford, the live music events can get quite crowded, especially after a big international sports fixture, and we suggest that you get here as early as you can to avoid missing the music.

Our bars offer a selection of draft beers, lager and cider, including three real ales on tap. Our specialty cocktail menu is a delightful mix of both contemporary and classic favourites available by the glass or by the jug, plus a full range of "Shooters". Traditional pub meals are served daily along with seasonal specials and Sunday roasts.

We cater for private parties, with a buffet or summer barbecue menu being tailored to suit any needs. The Guildford Tup is the home of Guildford’s largest beer garden which includes a private “Stable Bar” specialising in outdoor summer entertainment and whatever the weather we can cater for large indoor and outdoor private parties.
