The White Horse Inn is a traditional real ale inn in the small town of Clun, set within the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

We are a Shropshire Pub with real ale, real food and bed and breakfast accommodation.

We serve a wide selection of local real ales including those from our own micro-brewery; and a varied menu of home cooked food, most of which is locally sourced, served everyday in our convivial bar or quieter dining room. We have four bed and breakfast rooms and provide free wi-fi Internet access. On sunny days, our secluded beer garden at the rear of the pub is just the ticket.

The landlord, Jack Limond loves his real ale and is glad that Duty Manager Matt Bird shares his enthusiam, keeping our cellar and local real ales to the highest standard. Up to seven real ales and ciders can be served. Jack is also co-founder of the Clun Brewery. Jack and Matt hold the Cask Marque. We are proud that we are now featured in the Good Pub Guide and the AA Pub Guide. Our ethos of local business has led us to be one of five businesses given an "Achiever" award by the Shropshire Hills Sustainable Business scheme in which we won the "Eat Local" in 2012 although only a runner up in 2013.

Our regular ales and ciders include Clun Brewery "Loophole", Clun Pale Ale" and "Citadel"; Wye Valley "Butty Bach"; Hobsons "Bitter" and Robinsons Flagon Cider.

We have quiz every other Sunday starting at 9pm, Poker every Sunday at 2pm and every Tuesday at 7pm.
