The Cellar is one of south coasts most prestigious live music and clubbing venues. Perfectly positioned just off of the high street and a stones throw away from the famous Guildhall and central train station, The Cellar is located in the heart of everything going on in Southampton. Over our 11 year history we have played host to a variety of world famous artists, bands, djs and comedians and club nights and is a constant favourite hang out for touring bands playing next door at The Guildhall. The Cellar is a 300 capacity venue split across 2 floors. The loft is where you find the main stage which has played host to the likes of Craig Charles, Scouting For Girls, Beverly Knight and Professor Green. The room is also a great space for dancers, comedians, film makers and screenings. The intimate Cellar bar serves up Southampton’s biggest range of craft beers and delicious home cooked food from The Soul Bowl cafe and has plenty of seating in and outside. The place has incredible charm and character and can easily be transformed to suite almost any event or occasion. The venue is available for private hires and functions with a range of packages on room hires, party hosting and buffets.
