The Fox at Peasemore is the new Free house of multi-award winning licensees Philip & Lauren Davison, who have moved here after running The Sun in the Wood in Ashmore Green for over 16 years. Philip Davison, BII Licensee of the Year 2009, has been in the industry as a chef for over 30 years, and for the past twenty-four years has run four pubs and restaurants of his own, with his wife Lauren. Whilst at The Sun in the Wood not only did Philip win Licensee of the year, the pub also won many awards for its selection of wines, Customer Service and marketing.

Not only have we brought our fantastic customer service with us you will also find many familiar faces who have joined our new team from The Sun in the Wood. You can count on the warm welcome and service you've become used to, be it a smile from Angela, a giggle with Jeff, or a tasty treat from Thierry & Shaun in the kitchen!
