FIVE BELLS Burwell public house serves good home cooked food, fine wines and numerous ales. We are a family run business in the heart of Cambridgeshire in the popular village of Burwell.

Our food is all home cooked in our own kitchen which is headed by proprietor Michele and our wonderful chef Alan. We care about the quality of the ingredients we buy and the meals we serve so we aim to use local suppliers wherever possible.

There are always a selection of unique, imaginative and tasty vegetarian options. What about a halloumi & roasted beetroot kebab served on a bed of crunchy lettuce?

We offer popular children's meals or most of our mains can be made smaller. After lunch they can play in our large garden. Sit, drink, relax and watch them play.

Of course we do a great Sunday lunch too! A relaxed Sunday at FIVE BELLS has become a tradition for many customers, enjoying roast rib of beef with homemade Yorkshire Pudding and horseradish cream, with local roast potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables.

At the Five Bells, Burwell we have been hosting a cinema evening on Monday nights and now for operational and organisational reasons we have decided to form a ’non-commercial community film club’. By doing this we hope to attract more viewers.

We have a very large garden and play area for families to enjoy and have fun. After your home cooked lunch you can sit, drink, relax and watch your children play.

The Barn is completely self-contained with its own bar giving us a brilliant function room available for private hire for parties, weddings and other functions. A new gazebo covers the decking which is also included for private functions.
