A friendly URL is what Google likes best for it's indexing as it is the address of the page that you see in your browser bar and in the bottom left of the page when you mouse over the page.

When you write your listing or event title it automatically creates a friendly URL.

It helps Google, and helps you and wcigt to keep Google happy.

Just take out any apostrophies and replace any spaces with hyphens. You can edit the friendly URL but you need to know a bit more about it before you do.
