Pop into the Coborn and you will be surprised at what you find. Their motto 'An oasis in a changing world' sums it up nicely. This is a real pub run by Peter & Norma Footman who, with their son Paul, create a real atmosphere and have even started growing their own vegetables in the side garden, well worth a visit. Whether you are on your own or with a group you are sure of a warm welcome.

The pub, built when housing was introduced to the area in the mid-18th century, is named after Priscilla Coborn, a wealthy local benefactor. The COBORN welcomes the World to their Oasis.
