We are a traditional lakeland Inn, nestled in the heart of Portinscale, one mile walk from Keswick. The pub its self is approx 200 years old and has a lovely rear beer garden which overlooks the mountain range.

Every monday night is PIE NIGHT. Choose from up to six homemade pies and a free drink for only £7.90. Please call and book a table.

Every Sunday we hold a charity quiz night, every week the charity changes but they are always local causes. In the quiz there is general knowledge, sport, music round and a picture quiz. With great prizes and a wooden spoon to be won its a special night so don't miss out!

Most Saturdays we have local singers and groups playing from 9pm. Don't miss out, come and join in the fun with bands such as The Tees and local singer song writer Karl Scott.
